If you’re a Lindy Hop fanatic, you’ve undoubtably enjoyed one of Erin Morris’s workshops at Stompology, Beantown Dance Camp or Swing Riot. Whether she’s on stage or in the classroom, she brings a fierce and unique style to her dance performance. This is your chance to meet one of the country’s most sought-after voices in solo Jazz.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

1pm: Musicality & Flow (All Levels) 

Learn Erin’s special “Take It Easy” chorus with beautiful basic vocab everyone needs to know, and then kick it up a notch with musicality, theory, phrasing, and improvisation. The truly perfect “all levels” solo jazz sampler!

3pm: Choose Your Own Adventure (ambitious / Intermediate)

We’ll practice interweaving Erin’s original choreography with your own style, steps, and ideas. We’ll explore lots of exercises together designed to tune you into your body and the music. Intermediate/advanced but all are welcome!
